Hello, fellow artists
I’m a musician, educator, researcher and entrepreneur in Winter Park, Florida. I earned dual undergraduate degrees in both psychology and music at Loyola University, New Orleans, as well as a master’s in Opera Performance from the same. I’ve also earned a Master Coaching certificate, as well as completed graduate-level coursework in mental health counseling.
While living in the Crescent City, I sang with the New Orleans Opera Association for five seasons. I performed jazz gigs at a variety of events throughout the city, while simultaneously establishing my studio for private voice and piano lessons. Today, I work as a professional performer and educator in multiple genres, including opera, musical theater, pop, folk, Latinx, jazz, and more. I use music instruction as a tool to improve performance skills, emotional intelligence, relationship building, and overall human development.
I’m the founder of Kanarios, Inc, a company focused on education, research, and product innovation for the respiratory health and general wellness of breath-based performing artists.
